Annuals Fundraiser for Spring!

Please contact our Fundraising Department to help you develop a customized program for your Spring Fundraiser. We can help you pick annual plants that will sell themselves and make your endeavour a successful one!

• Call us between March 15th - April 15th to organize your fundraiser.

• Deliveries begin in the second week of April.

• Place order 10 days in advance of your delivery date or 3 days in advance of your pick up date.

• Multiflora ships within an approximate 200 mile radius from Raleigh, North Carolina for Fundraisers. Please call us if you are unsure of whether we can ship to you.

Delivery Fees for Fundraisers

Delivery fees are determined by order size:

- $300.00 or more sized order will give you free delivery.

- Less than $300.00 mandates a $60.00 delivery charge.

Fundraiser Order Forms

Please feel free to use the Order Forms in PDF format below (Adobe Reader is needed to view the file). They can be used to place your order by two methods:

- Fill out, print and fax the form to us.

- Fill out and submit electronically via your email account (Outlook or Outlook Express). (Be advised that you may not be able to submit your order via email through Yahoo.com, Hotmail.com or Gmail.com).

Make sure that you print a copy or save the file for your records!
