Multiflora Greenhouses Credit Application
Customers new to doing business with Multiflora Greenhouses should fill out the applicaton at the bottom of this page to open an account with terms.
You can submit the Credit Application via email. The form contains empty fields that can be filled in by typing in the necessary information. If you have difficulty sending the form in this format, you can print the form and fax it to (919) 732-1133. We ask that you mail the signed paperwork to our offices, so that we can have the original copies on file.
Please keep in mind that you must use Outlook (or Outlook equivalent software) to submit your application via email. If you use email services like Yahoo or Gmail the process does not work! Feel free to contact us with any questions with the order submission process.
Terms & Conditions for New Customers:
• Valid Wholesale Customers ONLY receive wholesale pricing.
• A copy of your Certificate of Resale.
• $500 minimum order allows for free shipping charges.
• Orders are COD (unless credit application process completed and approved) or credit card only.
• Visa and Master Card are accepted.

• Fax the Credit Application to get the credit approval process started.
• Mail the original Application with signatures for our files.
