The 'Sparkler' series is shorter than the common Cleome, but they still can grow to sizeable proportions making Spider Flowers very useful as an annual hedge....or planted at the rear of a garden bed.  The flowers are quite aromatic and a good for use as a cut flower.  Tolerant of extreme heat, it is very uniformly sized and floriferous.  Butterflies and hummingbirds will be delighted, and so will you.
